  • Accessing resources and therapy of any kind for the treatment of ED seems impossible these days. After months of struggling to find help for my daughter’s ED we found Karri.

Not only did we find an exceptional nutritionist with skills and experience, but we found someone that my daughter could trust and connect with. Connection and trust is one of the hardest things to find in a professional and yet one of the most important parts of successful treatment. My daughter’s recovery remains ongoing and without Karri by her side I suspect relapse would have been inevitable. Karri savED my daughter’s life, proved to us that recovery is possible and for that we are forever grateful.

  • When Karri took me on as a client, she knew she was inheriting a train wreck – freshly relapsed and traumatized by the healthcare system – but she did anyway, and for that, I am forever grateful.

Karri was, without a doubt, the first practitioner to meet me exactly where I was in my recovery and realize what supports I needed. I have been working with Karri for over a year now, and she has helped me grow into a different person, evidenced by the way I talk to myself (self-compassion), my values, and the way I can now talk about my illness to others. Because of Karri, I am excited to meet who I will become in the future, seeing as that thanks to her I actually have one again.

  • If I could sum up my experience, I would say Rachel provides warmth.

A warm smile, a warm cup of tea, a warm office and a warm heart. Especially in cold and dark times, Rachel works hard to help you help yourself to turn on the lights and warm yourself up. She’s kind, compassionate, understanding and relatable. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
